Meeting Minutes:
- Recruitment policies for beta and beyond
Have to know what the main focus is ingame, so that we know who to go to during events and what not
We are going to use a spreadsheet. One spreadsheet that puts them all together, use a sticky thread in the officer forums for new members, then we will post a thread in general discussion.
Post in officer's thread every Sunday of new members.
Application goes back into play.
Once we get into 50+ we will start recruiting people by playing with them.
- Guild city
Guild Island has to have every crafting station
Need to have a post on forums with requirements for materials.
- Crafting spreadsheet (Launch Topic)
Get a spreadsheet of members that craft certain items, we need to know who we can go to to get something crafted, likewise who to give mats to.
- Guild island location
Hold until we get more info about what city we want, we need an ingame picture so that we can see what materials are going on.

Get the structure of the guild fleshed out in an ingame setting
Fill all the officer positions, possibly open up some more relative to members
- Reputation at Beta2/Launch
General reputation is going to be Good at first, hostile up and kill in a redzone if you want, but we don’t have a guild prerogative of being raiders, killing everyone, etc. Make sure you actually get the fucking kill.

-What is our view on alliances and what will need to happen in order to join or form an Alliance.
Shelf topic, look at an alliance for late beta. Let them come to us.

Add it to the forum if we can, let officers add items to it, and ecetera.
-Relevance of PvE Officer position
Scrape, merge with the PvP position, add two officer positions, one per region
-Squads and similar ideas
Makes names in discords that are color coordinated, and role oriented. Biggest one is crafting/gathering. Farmers/Breeders.
-Day one/two/three Game Plan
Day one KingExodus makes guild, gets island, day two Oddyseusand Galtath joins, day three Kelthal joins, do PvE Raid 3rd day, work on guild infrastructure
-Role Call. Ingame names vs forum/discord names. Anyone in discord that wants to join has to post into thread before they get the invite in game.
If you are not going to farm or are not going to breed, you are going to need to make your guild island open, so that we can make farms on your island. This is not a staunch requirement, but it is desirable for the guild in it’s entirety.
Tax rate 40% taxes
Money goes to Guild Island Upgrades
Richer members should help out our poorer members or people that don’t play a lot. Help members to get their 30 days premium with the silver.
