I was an officer in a guild on Ragnarok Online for about 8 years. I also lead a decently successful guild in the beta phases of ArcheAge. (Before the game went to shit.)

I believe my insight into the nature of mechanics and ease of understanding the game systems and limitations I can help many others who might be struggling. I have several guild-centric ideas and would be inwardly focused more-so than if I was a simple member.
