To be fair I don't have alot of leadership experience but everything counts so I have played tribal wars for quite some time and there is alot of responsibilities there if you're in a tribe and I learned alot from there.

5) How do you believe you can help this guild with your Officer position?

As a PvP officer i can provide alot of discipline, I know quite alot of tactics from Tribal Wars that i can use in Albion Online. And I can help this guild grow by inviting new people to create better communitiy.
